Private jet to Turks and Caicos

Providenciales (PLS) is the private-jet gateway to Turks and Caicos, with a runway of about 2,800 m (OurAirports) — long enough for every business jet, including nonstop flights from the Northeast.

Grace Bay and most of the villas clients book are on Providenciales itself, so the last mile is a car rather than a second flight. For the quieter cays, we arrange the onward boat or small aircraft once you land.

Flying from Boston, Dallas or Los Angeles

Departure distance changes the useful aircraft comparison. Use the BOS, DAL and VNY tables to compare flight time, cabin class and any planned fuel stop rather than assuming the lowest-priced aircraft flies nonstop. Share your passenger count and luggage before choosing: a family's bags, sports equipment and preferred cabin layout can matter as much as the number of seats.

From Los Angeles in particular, decide whether avoiding a fuel stop is more important than the lowest estimate. The desk can compare the available aircraft against that preference. A model estimate is not a guarantee of a specific aircraft's range with your payload or the day's winds; the operator confirms the flight plan in the written options.

Grace Bay or an outer-cay stay?

For a Providenciales villa or Grace Bay hotel, provide the address so the car meets the correct flight. If your stay is on another cay, include the resort and check-in date: the onward boat or small aircraft must be confirmed alongside the jet. Do the same for the return, allowing the transfer plan to determine a workable departure rather than booking an isolated flight time.

SEASON & BOOKING LEAD TIME

  • Christmas – New Year · about 19 Dec 2026 – 3 Jan 2027

The busiest fortnight of the year. Aircraft and ramp space go first — ask for estimates 6–8 weeks ahead and confirm early.

  • Caribbean high season · mid-December to April

Weekend arrivals from the Northeast are the first to fill.

  • Presidents' Week (US) · week of Mon 15 Feb 2027

US school holidays push demand from the Northeast and Texas. Book 4–6 weeks ahead.

  • Thanksgiving (US) · Thu 26 Nov 2026 weekend

Wednesday outbound and Sunday return are the tightest slots of the autumn.

THE LAST MILE

  • PLS to Grace Bay and the Providenciales villas: by car. Onward boat or small aircraft for the outer cays on request.

HOW QUOTING WORKS · TURKS AND CAICOS

  1. 1. An estimated price for each aircraft class straight away.
  2. 2. Two or three confirmed options with aircraft photos within 1–2 hours.

Fixed-price online booking is also available on many single-leg trips.

FAQ

Which airport serves Turks and Caicos?

Providenciales International (PLS). Its runway of about 2,800 m takes every business-jet size.

Can I fly nonstop from New York?

Yes for most cabin sizes. The estimate table shows which classes fly it nonstop and which need a fuel stop.

When is it busiest?

Christmas–New Year, Presidents' Week and Thanksgiving. Ask for estimates 6–8 weeks ahead for Christmas.

Can I charter from Los Angeles to Turks and Caicos?

Yes. The Van Nuys (VNY)–Providenciales (PLS) table compares estimates by class and identifies modelled fuel stops. Ask the desk to compare nonstop options if that is your priority; the operator confirms suitability for your passengers, luggage and dates.

Does my flight estimate include an outer-cay transfer?

No. The estimate is for the jet sector to PLS. Tell us your resort or cay so the onward boat or small-aircraft connection can be included separately in your confirmed options.
