Private jet to Davos

Davos has no airport of its own. Jets land in Zurich (ZRH), which takes every aircraft size, or at Engadin airport in Samedan (SMV) for crews that have completed the airport's mandatory briefing. From either, Davos is reached by car, train or helicopter.

The World Economic Forum lists its 2027 Annual Meeting for January 18–22 in Davos-Klosters. If you are attending, arrange the aircraft, airport handling and onward transfer around your confirmed programme. Parking and helicopter availability must be individually confirmed rather than assumed for the whole week.

WEF week: January 18–22, 2027

Give us the dates of your actual meetings, your Davos accommodation and any fixed arrival requirement. A flight to Zurich and a transfer into Davos are separate service commitments. Request both early, and confirm the return pickup rather than treating airport parking as included throughout the event.

Zurich versus Samedan

Compare the whole itinerary rather than distance alone. Samedan requires the mandatory Engadin pilot briefing and test and an aircraft suitable for its mountain operations. Zurich gives another arrival option, followed by a separately arranged transfer. If a helicopter is requested, its provider must confirm operating conditions and a usable landing site; keep a ground alternative.

For a ski trip outside WEF week, tell us the hotel and ski-bag dimensions instead of a conference timetable. For a conference visit, send passenger changes and meeting end-times before reserving the return flight. The estimate tables cover the jet sectors, not helicopter availability, event access or the road journey.

SEASON & BOOKING LEAD TIME

  • WEF Annual Meeting · 18–22 January 2027

Request aircraft, handling and onward transfer together; each availability must be confirmed.

  • Christmas – New Year · about 19 Dec 2026 – 3 Jan 2027

The busiest fortnight of the year. Aircraft and ramp space go first — ask for estimates 6–8 weeks ahead and confirm early.

  • Ski season · December to April

Weekends are busiest; Zurich gives the most aircraft choice.

THE LAST MILE

  • Zurich → Davos: car, rail or a separately confirmed helicopter transfer.
  • Samedan → Davos: car or a separately confirmed helicopter transfer; no unverified duration is promised.

HOW QUOTING WORKS · DAVOS

  1. 1. An estimated price for each aircraft class straight away.
  2. 2. Two or three confirmed options with aircraft photos within 1–2 hours.

Fixed-price online booking is also available on many single-leg trips.
